Warranty Policy

At LivCool India, we are committed to delivering high-quality interior solutions and long-lasting craftsmanship. Our warranty policy is designed to give our customers complete peace of mind and assurance in the quality of our products and services.

Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty on materials, products, and workmanship supplied and installed by LivCool India, subject to the terms and conditions below:

  1. • Modular furniture, cabinetry, and woodwork are covered for manufacturing defects and structural issues.
  2. • Hardware fittings such as hinges, channels, and accessories are covered as per the manufacturer's warranty.
  3. • Electrical fittings, lighting, appliances, and branded products carry the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers.
  4. • Surface finishes including laminates, veneers, paints, and polishes are covered against peeling or abnormal damage under normal usage conditions.

The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship that arise during normal residential or commercial use.

Warranty Period

  1. • The standard warranty period ranges from 1 to 10 years, depending on the product category and manufacturer.
  2. • The exact warranty duration will be clearly mentioned in your project agreement or invoice.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  1. • Normal wear and tear, aging, fading, or discoloration due to sunlight, moisture, or environmental factors.
  2. • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  3. • Water seepage, termite infestation, or damage due to structural issues in the building.
  4. • Electrical surges, voltage fluctuations, or fire and natural calamities.
  5. • Third-party products or installations not supplied by LivCool India.

Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim:

  1. 1. Contact our support team with your project ID, invoice number, and details of the issue.
  2. 2. Share clear photos or videos of the problem area.
  3. 3. Our technical team will inspect the issue and confirm whether it falls under warranty.
  4. 4. If approved, repair or replacement will be carried out as per warranty terms.

Service Turnaround Time

Once a claim is approved, service or replacement will be scheduled within a reasonable time depending on availability of materials and technical requirements..

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper use and routine maintenance of products, including regular cleaning and avoiding excessive load, moisture, or heat exposure.

Limitation of Liability

LivCool India’s liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of the defective product or workmanship and does not include any indirect or consequential damages.
